A matreshka sits on top of some papers. One is a recipe, in Russian, for Napoleon, and the other is a post it with ingredients to buy. Although you might interpret this as a statement about motherhood, it really isn't, and is more a collection of of the mundane. There are some scrawled messages on the table giving some depth, although you can't read it from the photo. I might do more like this, perhaps using a harsher light to see if it gives more of a realistic effect and spending more time on the table treatment rather than using a rough wash. |
