This is a simple still life. I wanted the grapes to appear a bit more real than real life so i used a very angular light to intensify the shadows. I kept the label on the apple, which is what the white thing on it is. I went through a lot of changes with the table and cloth. Originally I wasn't going to have a table, just a board floating in the sky. Then I went through a lot of color and layout changes, and ended up using a wrinkled pillow case as the table cloth. |
