The photographs are from New Year's Eve, and my guests are like pin up models, hence the name. The Dr Strange comic book in the middle is related to the "Chirac, Gog and Magog" statement. Do a Google search to see what that is about, and from it you can see that I've chosen the appropriate weaponry for such a battle, and revealed the key weakness of the previous administration's plans. You can add a Love to the end and get some more references. The rest of the painting is built up around these two themes, with some lucky extras thrown in for you to guess about.

Patti says:
I Googled Gog and Magog and am flabbergasted and embarrassed a)that I didn't know about it and b)for the reputation of the good old U.S.and A to have elected such a nut to its highest office. How is it that half of our citizens are afraid of the rational thinker currently in office, yet were able to trustingly adore that hardened-synapsed crackpot zealot Bush? How embarrassing for our country. Must be a good painting...got an emotional reaction! Amazing execution, composition and ideas, as usual. :) I love the birdseye viewpoint you've been doing, I've never seen any other still lifes like it.
